As you login to your user account, you will be able to see Edit account at the top of the page, as you click the edit account button it opens up the edit account page, and there you will be able to see the Picture column, where you can upload your image (Your image should have a maximum dimension of 85x85 and a maximum size of 30 KB). Then click the save button at the bottom of the page to save the New Icon Picture.
