After the submission of your registration form, a confirmation mail will immediately be sent to you. If the confirmation email does not reach you within 2 minutes from the time of your registering in our site, there are three prime and possible reasons for this:

We request you to try out the remedies that are given below in diagnosing the problem:
- Give a check to the Junk/Spam/Trash folders, and check if the confirmation email had been redirected to these folders from the inbox.
- Try again to get registered with our site with the right email address. If on the previous occasion of registering, an incorrect email address had been entered, the re-registration can be done with the correct email address.
- If all of these remedies fail, send a blank email to admin@pets2play.com from your email address, and with the subject denoting 'Account Activation'. As you login to your user account, you will be able to see Edit account at the top of the page, as you click the edit account button it opens up the edit account page, and there you will be able to see the Picture column, where you can upload your image (Your image should have a maximum dimension of 85x85 and a maximum size of 30 KB). Then click the save button at the bottom of the page to save the New Icon Picture.
As you login to your user account, you will be able to see Edit account at the top of the page, and as you click the edit account button, the edit account page opens and you will be able to see the change password column, as you’ll have to enter your new password there and re-type your new password in the second column to further click the save button at the bottom of the page to save the changed password.
